Partnerly Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 October 2025
Welcome to Partnerly! By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Terms govern the relationship between you (the "User") and Partnerly AB ("Partnerly", "we", "us") when you use our digital platform for business matching.
1. About the Service
Partnerly is a digital platform that matches buyers and suppliers based on data such as industry, needs, location, budget, and previous experience. The purpose is to make business matching more accurate, time‑efficient, and transparent.
2. Roles and Responsibilities
Buyers use the platform to find suppliers that match their needs.
Suppliers use the platform to be matched with potential customers.
Partnerly is not a party to any deals made between buyers and suppliers and only provides the tools for matching, communication, and the contracting process.
3. Account and Use
To use Partnerly, you need to create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your information up to date and truthful. You may not use the platform for illegal, misleading, or competing purposes.
4. Account Deletion
If you want to delete your account, contact us at info@partnerly.se and we will remove the account.
5. Unlocking Contact
To get in direct contact with a matched company, the user can choose to unlock contact details. When you click "Unlock contact for SEK 199 excl. VAT," you make a binding purchase of this service. The price applies per unlocked contact and is invoiced excluding VAT. Payment is made using the payment method provided in the platform.
When unlocking, the buyer can:
- see the supplier's identity,
- start communication (anonymously or openly),
- and continue the dialogue directly in the platform.
6. Commission for Suppliers
Suppliers pay a commission to Partnerly for deals that occur through the platform. The commission is based on the deal value excluding VAT, and the current percentage is always shown in our price list on partnerly.se. By using the platform, you accept these terms and agree that Partnerly charges commission according to the current price list.
The commission is invoiced:
- when an agreement is signed via the platform, or
- when a deal is confirmed by the buyer and supplier in the platform.
- Partnerly has the right to request confirmation of a completed deal to ensure the correct commission. Failure to pay may result in the account being paused or terminated.
7. Prices and Changes
All prices are stated excluding VAT. Partnerly may change its prices and commission levels with reasonable notice. Current prices are always available on our price list. If you continue using the platform after new prices take effect, you are deemed to have accepted them. We notify about changes by email or in the platform at least 14 days in advance.
8. Agreements and Signing
Partnerly provides features for digital signing of agreements between buyers and suppliers. Partnerly is not a party to these agreements and is not responsible for their content, performance, or any disputes between the parties.
9. Follow‑up and Quality Assurance
Partnerly follows up on completed deals to ensure safety, quality, and fair commission. All follow‑up is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
Partnerly is not liable for any losses, damages, or missed deals arising from the use of the platform. The service is provided "as is" without any guarantee of continuous availability or results.
11. Personal Data
Partnerly processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary. For material changes, we notify by email or in the platform at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
